Good first buy, decent discount

I was looking for some ethical heels and Bhava Studio popped up. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which was nice. I grabbed a pair of vegan block heels. They felt a bit pricey at first glance, but with the discount and knowing they're sustainable, it felt like a fair trade-off. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Ohio. Overall, I think I got good value for what I paid. I'd consider buying from them again, especially if there's another good sale.

Reliable for vegan sandals

This was my third time ordering from Bhava, this time for some vegan strappy sandals. My first purchase was ankle boots a couple years back, then some ballet flats last spring. They've been consistently good. The quality of the materials always holds up, and their sizing is pretty true. I keep coming back because their stuff lasts, and I appreciate that everything is vegan and ethically made. Never had a problem with an order, always arrived on time. Good to know what to expect.

Detailed thoughts on my Bhava order

I bought a pair of their 2-in-1 detachable boots during their Earth Day promotion. The ordering process was straightforward on their site; easy to navigate and find what I wanted. I did have a question about sizing, so I used their chat support, and they responded within an hour, which was helpful. The boots shipped out pretty quickly, got to my place in California in 5 business days. Packaging was minimal but secure. The boots themselves are well-made; the vegan leather feels durable, and the detachable part works exactly as described, turning them into ankle boots easily. They were comfortable right out of the box, no breaking-in period needed, which is a big plus for me. Only minor point is that the cork insoles feel a bit firm initially, but they seem to be molding to my feet. Overall, a solid purchase and a good experience.

Is Bhava actually legit for vegan shoes? Like, truly vegan, not just 'vegan leather' that's still questionable materials?

L Leah 1 week ago
Totally legit. They're super upfront about their materials and ethical practices. They use things like cork, organic cotton, and recycled synthetics.

Yeah, they're one of the more transparent brands. I've been following them for a while and they're definitely committed to being cruelty-free and sustainable. PETA-approved too, I think.

My Bhava shoes got a little dirty. How do people clean their vegan leather stuff without messing it up?

D Donna M. 3 weeks ago
Just use a damp cloth with a little mild soap, like dish soap, and wipe gently. They also sell care products specifically for vegan leather.

I usually just wipe mine down with a microfiber cloth and some water. For tougher spots, a tiny bit of Dr. Bronner's soap on the cloth works wonders. Make sure to test on an inconspicuous spot first, always.

Are there any current discounts going on? First-time buyer here, wondering if I can snag a deal.

R Richard 1 month ago
Yeah, usually they have a 10% off for first orders if you sign up for their newsletter. Check their site, it should pop up.

They often have seasonal sales too, but for first-time, the newsletter sign-up is probably your best bet. Just don't expect it to stack with anything else.

So, I got some heels that aren't quite right. How's their return process? Is it a hassle to send stuff back?

I Ian Lee 4 days ago
Nah, returns were pretty painless for me. Just follow the instructions on their site, print a label, and send it back. Got my refund quickly too.

Yeah, I returned a bag once. They give you a window, I think 30 days, and it has to be unworn. As long as you meet those, it's fine. Not free returns usually, you pay for shipping back.

Hey, thinking about grabbing some boots for fall. What's the deal with sizing? Are these generally true to size or should I size up/down?

M Michelle Thomas 1 month ago
I found them pretty spot on actually. Got a pair of ankle boots last year and my usual size fit perfectly.

Hmm, I think it depends on the style. I got some heels and they were a tiny bit snug, so for boots I'd maybe consider going up a half size if you're between sizes or wear thick socks.
